Actually I had to remove the sleeves in order to write this review, since I cannot bend my arm with them on.
As you probably can tell I am a huge fan of them MPDS sleeves.
They give great support, fit very comfortably and the drip… omg😍
Last weekend I did my first competition with them and dipped 130kg, so definitely approved!

Keep in mind that you might need a second person to put them on. I can put mine on by myself, but its quite the struggle tbf.
With these sleeves I immediately squat higher weights.

These badboys made sure I finally got my double PR on Squats, let's gooo!
They are stretchy from one side and stiff from the other side - really good for manipulation and they are also pretty comfortable. Today I try dips with them and I could add few reps than I usually do (I would estimate 10kg PR). I wear them on long sleeve shirt (not able to put on skin haha), but I love them💕
Theese sleeves are super stiff. At first, you may need an assistance to get them off, especially if you have big calves (I was scared at first try XD). I get probably more than 10-15kg personal record.
